Product information
Steel wall pools of the Styria series are very robust. The steel wall (approx. 0.60 mm for pools up to 120 cm deep, 0.80 mm for 150 cm deep) and the winter-proof foil (Adriatic blue: approx. 0.60 mm and sand: approx. 0.80 mm) allow year-round use. The round series is suitable for partial or complete ground installation (with pressure protection). Pools with a depth of 1.50 m must be installed at least 60 cm deep. The Skimmer set S1* is used to prepare for water circulation.
Optionally we recommend for the Styria series round up to Ø 450 x 120 cm the Steinbach filter system Classic 250N* or the Steinbach filter system Active Balls+*. For the steel wall pool of the Styria series in round with Ø 500 x 120 cm and Ø 500 x 150 cm the Steinbach filter system Classic 400* is well suited. For the dimension of Ø 600 x 150 cm we recommend the Filter system Compact 8*.

FAQs from category Steel wall pools round:
For steel wall pools, the ground must be flat and level. The pool must not be set up on a slope or sloping ground. If the ground is a backfilled area, you will need a self-supporting foundation slab (e.g. concreted). The strength of the foundation and retaining walls must be decided by a master builder or structural engineer. The steel wall pool must not be placed on loose or sandy ground.
All models, except the steel wall pool of the "New Splasher Secure Series", are winterproof and can therefore be left standing in winter.
It is essential to set up the pool when there is no wind. Gusts of wind make the construction of the steel wall difficult and can cause damage.
It is not recommended to bring salt water and steel into contact with each other, as the salt water and salt water vapours can cause the steel to rust.
Most steel wall pools can be partially or completely installed in the ground. Please refer to the respective operating instructions.
To ensure that the pool remains stable, add the backfilling from an installation depth of 30 cm.
The additional concrete shell prevents damage to the steel shell when there is no water in the pool.
So that the liner can be placed over the steel wall (i.e. it overlaps it), the liner must be produced higher than the pool actually is.
