The ground should be firm and stable. The ground should not be slippery, otherwise there is a possibility that the frames may slip away from the pool.
The pool must not be placed on uneven or sloping ground. The surface must be flat and level and free from branches, stones, sharp and pointed objects. The place must be stable and weight-resistant (not on a balcony or terrace). The above-ground pool must not be buried in the ground, not even partially. The best location is in a sunny position. Also remember to leave a safety distance of 1.5 - 2 meters around the pool! This serves, among other things, to protect children so that they cannot climb up anywhere and fall into the pool.

Yes, INTEX above ground pools can be operated with salt water. At the end of the season, clean the salt water system with clear tap water and allow the pool to dry completely.
Above ground pools are not frost-proof and therefore not winterproof. The pool sets should be stored dry at 5°+. Please make sure that the liners and poles are well dried out before storage to avoid mould and rust.

Above-ground pools have the advantage that they only require a very short set-up time. Depending on the model and size, they can be set up in as little as 15 minutes. Please note that any preparatory work for the storage area and the filling of the water cannot be included in the installation time of the pool. Another advantage of free-standing above-ground pools is that the bathing water warms up more quickly than in built-in pools. Above-ground pools are available in different pool shapes: round, oval or rectangular.
Inground pools from INTEX have a durable pool liner. Above ground pools are not suitable for in-ground installation. Dismantling during the winter months is necessary. For oval and rectangular pools, a surrounding weather-resistant frame construction supports the stability and durability of the above-ground pool.
