Conditions of participation: SimpleSpa & purchase value as a voucher
The organiser of this competition is Steinbach International GmbH, L. Steinbach Platz 1, 4311 Schwertberg, Austria.
The following competition conditions apply to participation in the Steinbach competition from January 31, 2025, 8:00 a.m., to February 16, 23:59 p.m.. Participation is free of charge.
By participating in the competition, the participant expressly and bindingly accepts the following competition conditions.
What can be won?
All purchasers of a SimpleSpas (item number: 128482) during the promotion period from January 31, 2025, 8:00 a.m., to February 16, 11:59 p.m., have the chance to get back or win the entire purchase value (total amount of the order including VAT) in the form of a voucher (redeemable in the Steinbach online store).
How can you win?
You can enter by ordering a SimpleSpa (item number: 128482) within the competition period.
When is the closing date?
The closing date is February 16, 11:59 p.m..
Who can enter?
Participation is free of charge and any natural person aged 16 or over and resident in Germany and Austria may enter. Sweepstake clubs and automated sweepstakes services are not eligible to participate. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
Who is excluded from participation?
Steinbach is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, e.g. violation of these terms and conditions of participation, multiple participation, manipulation, etc. Employees of Steinbach and service providers and cooperation partners involved in the implementation as well as their relatives may not participate in this competition. The legal process is excluded.
How are the winners determined?
The prize will be drawn from all participants who meet the above requirements.
How will I know if I have won?
The winner will be notified by e-mail to the e-mail address given in the order.
How do I receive my prize?
The winner will be informed of how he/she will receive his/her prize with the prize notification. In the event of a win, we will only use the delivery data required for sending the prize.
What happens if I do not contact you after I have been notified of my prize?
If a winner does not contact us within 7 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a winner provides Steinbach with incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize.
Reservation clause
Steinbach reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, Steinbach shall only make use of this possibility if a proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed for reasons of force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. Steinbach shall not be liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. In justified cases, the prize may be replaced by equivalent prizes.
Other
Cash payment of prizes is not possible. Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision which comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. Steinbach reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
