What do I need the Teflon tape for?
The Teflon thread tape is used for quick and easy sealing of threaded connections.
Wrap the tape tightly around the thread (to the right for right-hand threads and to the left for left-hand threads), overlapping by half the width and tearing it off at the end. The Teflon thread tape adapts perfectly, ensures a secure seal and fits firmly into the threads when screwing.
