FAQs from category Steel wall pool liners:

If you want to lay the pool liner after spreading out the felt mat, make sure that the rough side of the liner is on top and the smooth side is on the felt mat. Depending on the liner design, both sides of the liner can also be smooth. As a general rule, the overlaps on the seam must face outwards.
How to attach the pool coping: The pool liner must be pulled evenly over the steel shell. The pool coping must then be placed on the pool liner and the handrail pressed onto the coping. You may need to cut or shorten the handrail. After approx. 14 days, the overlapping foil can be cut away, by which time the material will have fully expanded.
No, the liner does not have to end exactly at the weld seam with the wedges. The pool liners are welded differently, so the seam is never exactly the same or at the same distance from the edge of the liner. Just make sure that approximately the same amount of pool liner overlaps around the pool and that the "seam circle" has approximately the same distance to the wedges and is in the middle of the pool.

The pool should be set up at outside temperatures between at least 15°C and a maximum of 25°C, as the pool liner is easiest to work with in this temperature range. At cooler temperatures, the liner contracts, while at higher temperatures it tends to expand. Within the optimum temperature range, the liner can be easily formed into the desired shape. If the installation is started at lower temperatures, the film can be more difficult to process and may appear too small.

The film must be produced higher so that it can be laid over the steel wall (i.e. it overlaps it). The overhang of the foil on the outer wall can be irregularly large despite correct tensioning. The excess film can be cut away after approx. 14 days, by which time the material will have fully expanded. Follow the instructions in the enclosed operating instructions carefully beforehand.
